Delete Your PSGT Account
This page provides a public route for users who want to request deletion of a PSGT account associated with the mobile app or website.
How to request deletion
- Use the email address registered to your PSGT account.
- Send an account-deletion request to the support address below with the subject Delete My PSGT Account.
- Include your registered email/username so the account can be located.
- For security, PSGT may ask you to verify account ownership before processing the request.
What deletion covers
After a valid deletion request is verified and processed, access to the account is disabled and personal account information is deleted or anonymized where it is no longer required.
Information that may be retained
Transaction, security, anti-fraud, accounting, verification or legal records may be retained when required by applicable law, legitimate compliance obligations, dispute resolution or security needs. Retained records are no longer used to provide normal account access.
Before requesting deletion
Complete or resolve any pending deposit, withdrawal, support, verification or account-balance issues before submitting a deletion request. Account deletion can prevent access to historical account information.
